15%Affiliate program · For licensed Florida real estate professionals

Your audience is getting licensed anyway. Earn 15% when they do it here.

You answer the same questions every week: how do I get my license, where do I renew, is there a Spanish version. Send them to a Florida school with live local instructors and every course online in both languages. Your audience takes 10% off with your code, and you earn 15% of every enrollment, paid monthly. Pass ten enrollments and it becomes 20%, for good, with no cap.

  • 15% to start
  • 20% after 10 enrollments
  • No cap
  • 10% off for your audience
  • Paid monthly
CH.01What it pays

Pick a course. Slide the sales.

Commission is 15% of what your follower actually pays after their 10% code, and 20% once you pass ten enrollments. Pick the tier to see both. The calculator uses today’s prices.

  1. 63-hour sales associate pre-license

$329 online, English or Spanish. The course most of your audience is asking about.

  2. 72-hour broker pre-license

$479 online. For agents ready to open their own office.

  3. 120-hour home inspection pre-licensure

$999 online. A different license, the same audience: people who want a trade they can run.

  4. 45-hour post-license

$179 online. Every new agent owes it before their first renewal.

  5. 60-hour broker post-license

    $269 online.

  6. 28-hour reactivation

$99 online. For licenses that went involuntarily inactive.

  7. 14-hour continuing education

$40 online. Small money per enrollment, but the renewal is what brings every Florida licensee back every two years.

Per confirmed enrollment: paid, seven days past our refund window, a new SFCC student, not you. Your first ten confirmed enrollments pay 15%; from the eleventh on you earn 20%, permanently, with no cap. Live and Zoom classes are not in the program yet.

A story when someone asks, a pinned post, your newsletter, the WhatsApp group that keeps asking about the Spanish course. Say you earn a commission, every time; it is the law and your audience respects it. Use the course names and prices as we publish them, and nothing on the never-say list.

    Monthly, by the 15th

Each month closes, the seven-day refund window clears, and we pay the month’s confirmed enrollments by the 15th, by PayPal or Zelle, once your balance reaches $50. Everyone starts at 15%. After ten confirmed enrollments you move to 20%, for good, with no cap, and we tell you the day you cross it. We collect a W-9 when you join and send a 1099 if you earn $600 or more in a year.

CH.03What you can say

Florida regulates school advertising. So do we.

A school is responsible for every claim made on its behalf, so the list is short and it is not optional.

Say this

What’s true and published

  • Course names and prices exactly as they appear on our site.
  • “Live classes with a local Florida instructor, in Doral.”
  • “Every course online, in English or Spanish.”
  • “Live classes are taught in English; Spanish on request.”
  • “No re-enrollment fees, ever” for the 63-hour and 72-hour courses only.
  • “A Florida school since 2014, 7,500 agents licensed.”
  • That you earn a commission.
Never this

Claims that end the partnership

  • Any pass guarantee, pass rate, or “guaranteed license.”
  • “Get hired,” “job placement,” or any income promise.
  • “Licensed in X days” or any timeline we don’t publish.
  • “Cheapest in Florida,” “bilingual live classes,” invented discounts.
  • “DBPR-approved” about anything we don’t say it about ourselves.
  • Texts or emails to people who didn’t ask for them.
  • Ads on our name, “SFCC coupon” or “SFCC discount.”

CH.05Questions

What creators ask.

Do I need to be licensed?

For now, yes: the program is open to Florida-licensed sales associates, broker associates and brokers. If you create content about Florida real estate without a license, apply anyway; we keep a list and we’ll tell you first when it opens.

How do you know a sale was mine?

Your code. It is yours alone, and checkout records it on the order, so every order that carries it is credited to you, whether they found us through your post, your bio or a screenshot. Tell your audience to enter it at checkout; an order without your code cannot be traced back to you.

Is there a minimum audience?

No. A 300-person WhatsApp group that trusts you is worth more than 30,000 followers who don’t. We care that your audience is in Florida and asks you about licensing.

What happens if someone refunds?

Our online courses can be refunded within seven days if less than 30% is complete. A refunded enrollment isn’t confirmed and earns nothing, which is why each month’s commissions are paid after the window has closed on every order in it.

Can I promote the live classes?

Not yet. Commissions run on the online courses and the 120-hour home inspection course. You can still tell people about the live classes; they just aren’t tracked to you for now.

Does it work for the Spanish courses?

Yes. The Spanish editions are the same courses at the same price, and your code works on both.

Can I run ads?

Not on our name, our website, or terms like “SFCC coupon.” Ads about your own content that link to us are fine; send us the ad first, like any other post.

How do I get to 20%?

Ten confirmed enrollments, counted from the day you join, in any mix of courses. From the eleventh on, every enrollment pays 20% instead of 15%, and you never drop back. There is no cap above that.

Is this a job, or exclusive?

Neither. You are an independent affiliate, free to recommend anyone else, and you can leave any time. Your commissions have nothing to do with any real estate transaction, listing or lead; they are for enrollments only. Either side can end the arrangement with notice, and what you earned stays yours.
