What Students Ask Before Enrolling

How long does it take to get my Florida real estate license?
Our live 2-week cohort covers the full 63 hours in 14 days. After completing the course, you schedule your state exam through Pearson VUE — most students sit it within 1–2 weeks of finishing the course. So a realistic timeline is 3–4 weeks from enrollment to a passing state exam result. Online self-paced students typically take 4–6 weeks since they go at their own pace.
What's the difference between Online and Live Zoom?
Both cover the identical FREC-approved 63-hour curriculum and qualify you for the same state exam. Online Professional Track ($329) is self-paced — the full 63-hour course plus a state exam prep video course and the Sales Associate Drill & Practice QBank. Live Zoom ($599) is interactive — you attend the 2-week cohort with a live instructor, real-time Q&A, printed textbook shipped, and lifetime cohort access for future review sessions.
Does the price include the textbook?
Yes — the Live $599 package includes a printed textbook shipped to you, full state exam prep materials, and our state exam Drill & Practice QBank. The Online $329 Professional Track includes the 63-hour digital course, practice exam, state exam prep video course, and the Drill & Practice QBank — all delivered through the online portal.
Can I take the course in Spanish?
Yes — our Live cohorts (Zoom + in-person) are offered in both English and Spanish. Look for "Bilingüe (Español)" in the cohort schedule. The Online version is currently English only. The Florida state exam itself can be taken in Spanish at Pearson VUE testing centers.
What if I miss a class in the live cohort?
Every Live Zoom class is recorded and available to enrolled students within 24 hours. Watch the replay, finish the module on your own time, and bring questions to the next live session — you won't fall behind.
What happens after I pass the state exam?
You activate your license by associating with a Florida broker. We're growing a network of South Florida partner brokerages — when you're ready to interview, we can introduce you to active hiring brokers in our network. After you're licensed, you're also required to complete a 45-Hour Post-License course before your first renewal (we offer that too).
What's your refund policy?
Online: full refund within 7 days if you haven't completed more than 30% of the course. Live: full refund up to 48 hours before your cohort start date. Beyond those windows, we don't refund — but we don't need to, because your enrollment doesn't expire. Come back whenever you're ready.
