Your Brokerage School is a page with your brand where your agents take their courses online — pre-license, post-license, continuing education, reactivation, broker and home inspection. Your agents get 10% off every course with your brokerage's code, and your brokerage earns 10% of what agents pay on every confirmed enrollment made with your code. We run everything behind it: the courses, the exams, the certificates, student support and the hours reported to DBPR.

A private dashboard lists every agent licensed under your brokerage with their license status and renewal deadline — read from DBPR's public records and re-checked every morning, so there's nothing for you to send. Before a deadline, we email you who's due at 90, 30, 15 and 7 days, the course each agent needs and what's at stake, and we skip anyone whose hours are already on record. On the 1st of every month you get a report: visitors, intro appointments, enrollments through your school page and renewals.
