Our refund and cancellation terms for online and Live Zoom courses. We keep it simple — and because you never pay a re-enrollment fee, you rarely need a refund in the first place.
Most schools make you choose between losing your money and losing your seat. We don't. If life gets in the way, you don't need a refund — you keep your enrollment and re-enroll for free whenever you're ready. For the cases where a refund makes more sense, here are the windows.

You may request a full refund up to 48 hours before your class start date. Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the start date, or after the class begins, are non-refundable. If something comes up, contact us — in most cases we can move you to a future class date at no charge instead of refunding.
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of enrollment if you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Once either threshold is crossed — 7 days have passed, or you've completed 30% or more — the enrollment is non-refundable.
For the 120-Hour Home Inspection course, the refund window is 14 days and the completion threshold is 20%.
Most refund requests happen because a student runs out of time or needs to step away. With SFCC, you don't need a refund for that.
Your enrollment doesn't expire. If you don't finish in time, need to pause, or don't pass the final within Florida's allowed attempts, we re-enroll you in the same course at no additional cost — no second payment, no re-purchase, no surprise charges. So instead of refunding and re-buying later, you simply keep what you paid for.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you don't complete a course within the access window, don't pass the final exam within Florida's allowed attempts, or simply need more time, SFCC will re-enroll you in the same course at no additional cost. This applies indefinitely. To request a re-enrollment, reach out through our contact page.
Note: Florida Administrative Code caps the course final exam at two (2) attempts per enrollment. If you don't pass within those attempts, Florida law requires retaking the course — and our No Re-Enrollment Fees policy means we re-enroll you for free.
