- Send marketing communications about other SFCC courses and renewal reminders (you can opt out at any time)

4. Third-Party Services We Use
We use trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each is bound by their own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Dearborn Real Estate Education / 360training — delivery of our online (self-paced) courses
- Zoom — Live Zoom cohort delivery
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — customer relationship management, email, SMS, and workflow automation
- Microsoft Outlook Bookings — free consultation call scheduling
- Google Workspace — internal email and document storage
- Web hosting and analytics providers — to operate and improve the Site
These providers process your information only to perform the services we contracted them for. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

- With DBPR / FREC — we file course completion certificates and recordkeeping documentation as required by Florida law (Rule 61J2-3.015)
- With partner brokerages — only if you explicitly opt in to be referred to a sponsoring broker after passing your state exam
- To comply with law — in response to subpoenas, court orders, government investigations, or other legal processes
- To protect rights and safety — to investigate potential fraud, violations of our Terms of Service, or threats to safety
- In a business transfer — if SFCC is acquired, merged, or restructured, your information may transfer to the new entity (you will be notified)
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (pixels, web beacons) to:
- Remember your preferences and login state
- Measure how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it

10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in any SFCC course. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site before the changes take effect.
