South Florida Career Center opened its doors in 2014. Twelve years and over 7,500 licensed realtors later, we're still run the way we started — family-owned, with a team of live instructors who personally lead every cohort.
Most Florida real estate schools that reach this scale stop teaching. They turn into content libraries — pre-recorded videos, automated grading, a chatbot when you have a question. SFCC went the other direction. We grew, and we kept the school live. When you call, you reach a human. When you don't pass the first time, you re-enroll for free.

Rony Rueda
Rony founded SFCC in 2014 and built the curriculum that's licensed over 7,500 Florida realtors. He leads instruction across Pre-License, Post-License, and Continuing Education — and still teaches alongside our team every week.
